This Privacy Policy explains how WhizWiser collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, create an account, use our products and services, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with WhizWiser.

WhizWiser is intended for business and professional users and is not directed toward children. Users under 18 years of age are not permitted to create or use a WhizWiser account.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through:

The WhizWiser website;
WhizWiser accounts and dashboards;
Keyword Rank Checker;
BlogPilot, our AI-powered blog writing and content generation product;
AI Visibility Checker, when available;
AdsPilot, when available;
WhizWiser reports, tools, APIs, integrations, and related services;

Marketing activities operated by WhizWiser; and
Other websites, applications, or services that link to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to users located in India, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, and other jurisdictions where WhizWiser makes its services available, subject to applicable local laws.

Certain customers, particularly businesses and agencies, may have additional contractual privacy obligations under a separate Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”). Where applicable, the DPA forms part of the agreement between WhizWiser and the customer.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, information generated through your use of WhizWiser, information received from connected third-party services, and certain information collected automatically through our website and applications.

2.1 Account and Registration Information

When you create or maintain a WhizWiser account, we may collect:

Name;
Email address;
Phone number;
Company or organization name;
Job title;
Country;
Business or billing address;
Google account authentication information;
Account and login information;
Team or workspace information; and
Other information you voluntarily provide to us.

WhizWiser currently supports account authentication through Google and may introduce additional authentication methods in the future.

We do not generally receive or store your Google account password.

2.2 Subscription and Payment Information

When you purchase a WhizWiser subscription, credits, or usage-based services, we may collect information relating to:

Subscription plan;
Purchase history;
Transaction identifiers;
Billing status;
Payment status;
Invoice information;
Applicable tax information;
Currency and transaction amount; and
Other information necessary to administer your subscription.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Razorpay.

Payment providers may collect and process payment credentials directly in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.

WhizWiser does not intend to store complete payment card credentials, such as full card numbers or CVV information, where such information is handled directly by the payment provider.

3. Information You Provide Through WhizWiser Products

The information processed by WhizWiser depends on the products and features you use.

3.1 Keyword Rank Checker

When you use Keyword Rank Checker, you may provide:

Website or domain names;
Keywords;
Search locations;
Search engines;
Device types;
Competitor domains;
Ranking preferences;
Search configurations;
Ranking history; and
Other SEO-related information.

We may store website information, keyword information, ranking information, search configurations, historical ranking data, and other information necessary to provide the service.

Historical ranking data may remain associated with your account for as long as you choose to retain it, unless you delete it or we are required to delete or retain it under applicable law.

WhizWiser may obtain ranking information through a combination of proprietary systems, automated processes, and third-party data providers.

We may use third-party providers to obtain certain ranking or search-related data. We do not necessarily disclose the identity of every underlying data provider where doing so could compromise proprietary systems, security, commercial relationships, or the operation of our services.

4. BlogPilot

BlogPilot allows users to create, develop, optimize, and transform written content using AI-assisted technology.

Depending on the features you use, you may provide:

Topics;
Keywords;
Website URLs;
Brand information;
Content briefs;
Prompts and instructions;
Existing articles;
Competitor URLs;
Uploaded documents;
Images;
Reference materials;
Content preferences;
SEO requirements; and
Other information you voluntarily submit.

We may store prompts, instructions, uploaded materials, generated content, drafts, configurations, and related information to provide the service and allow you to access your previous work.

You may delete eligible generated content through your account where such functionality is available.

5. AI Visibility Checker

AI Visibility Checker is an upcoming WhizWiser product designed to help users understand how brands and websites appear across AI-powered search and answer systems.

When available, the service may process information such as:

Website URLs;
Brand names;
Competitor names;
Search or research queries;
AI visibility results;
Brand mentions;
Citations;
Competitor mentions;
AI-generated responses or results;
Historical reports; and
Related analysis.

Reports may be stored in your account so that you can review historical visibility and changes over time.

AI Visibility Checker may use WhizWiser-developed technology and third-party services or APIs to perform certain analyses.

6. AdsPilot and Google Ads Information

Adspilot is an upcoming WhizWiser product designed to help users analyze and manage Google Ads campaigns using AI-assisted recommendations and automation.

If you connect a Google Ads account to AdsPilot, and authorize the relevant permissions, WhizWiser may access information associated with the connected Google Ads account, including, where permitted by the authorization and applicable Google API permissions:

Google Ads account information;
Campaigns;
Ad groups;
Advertisements;
Keywords;
Landing page URLs;
Bids;
Budgets;
Targeting and campaign settings;
Performance information;
Conversion information;
Historical campaign data;
Account configuration information; and
Other Google Ads information necessary to provide the authorized functionality.

Adspilot may store relevant Google Ads information to provide historical analysis, recommendations, reporting, and automation.

Depending on your settings, AdsPilot may either:

Provide recommendations for you to review manually; or
Perform authorized changes to your Google Ads account after you have enabled the relevant automation permissions.

You remain responsible for reviewing your AdsPilot settings, authorizations, campaign configuration, budgets, and actions taken through your connected Google Ads account.

You may disconnect a Google Ads account from WhizWiser. When you disconnect an account, WhizWiser will stop using the authorization to access the connected account, subject to technical processing requirements and applicable law.

WhizWiser does not currently intend to access customer/audience lists or other directly identifiable audience information through AdsPilot unless such functionality is specifically introduced, authorized, and appropriately disclosed.

7. Information Collected Automatically

When you use WhizWiser, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

IP address;
Browser type and version;
Device type;
Operating system;
Device identifiers where applicable;
Approximate geographic information derived from IP address;
Pages and screens viewed;
Features used;
Actions taken within the platform;
Login and session information;
Referring URLs;

WhizWiser may use multiple third-party AI technology providers.

We do not intend to permit third-party AI providers to use WhizWiser API/customer data for training their general-purpose models where our applicable provider agreements prohibit such use.

WhizWiser may, subject to applicable law and appropriate user/customer controls, use certain information to improve WhizWiser’s own systems, including retrieval-augmented generation (“RAG”) systems, internal AI workflows, models, evaluation systems, or related technologies.

Where our processing practices materially change, we may update this Privacy Policy and provide additional notices or controls where required.

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular purpose. Users should independently review AI-generated content, recommendations, analysis, and outputs before relying on or publishing them.

Our infrastructure is currently hosted, in whole or in part, in Singapore.

As a result, your information may be processed or stored outside the country in which you reside.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we intend to use appropriate contractual, technical, organizational, or other legally recognized safeguards.

For customers subject to applicable data protection laws, additional transfer mechanisms may be addressed through our Data Processing Addendum.

14. Data Retention

We retain personal information and user data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by applicable law.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods.

Account information may be retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period after account deletion where necessary for legal, security, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.
User-generated content may be retained until you delete it or your account, subject to applicable exceptions.
Keyword ranking history may remain available until you delete it.
AI Visibility reports may remain available until you delete them.
Billing and transaction information may be retained for tax, accounting, legal, and financial recordkeeping requirements.
Security and technical logs may be retained for a reasonable period for security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and operational purposes.
Backups may continue to contain deleted information for a limited period until the applicable backup cycle removes or overwrites it.

We may retain information where necessary to:

Comply with legal obligations;
Resolve disputes;
Enforce agreements;
Prevent fraud or abuse;
Protect security;
Maintain financial records; or
Protect our legal rights.

When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or otherwise securely dispose of it.

15. Account Deletion

You may delete your WhizWiser account through available account functionality.

When you delete your account, we will take reasonable steps to delete the associated information from our active databases.

Certain information may remain temporarily in backups or may be retained where necessary for:

Legal compliance;
Tax or accounting requirements;
Fraud prevention;
Security;
Dispute resolution;
Enforcement of agreements; or
Other legitimate legal purposes.

19. India Data Protection

WhizWiser is an India-based business and may process personal data of individuals located in India.

We intend to process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection and privacy laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules and regulations as they become applicable to our processing activities.

Depending on the processing activity, personal data may be processed based on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate business purposes where legally permitted, or other lawful grounds recognized by applicable law.

20. Children and Minors

WhizWiser is intended for professional and business users.

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a WhizWiser account.

If we become aware that we have collected such information without an appropriate legal basis, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

21. User Content and Third-Party Personal Information

You should not submit passwords, payment credentials, government identification numbers, highly sensitive personal information, or other information that is unnecessary for the intended use of the service.

If you submit personal information relating to another person, such as a customer, employee, client, or business contact, you are responsible for ensuring that your submission and use of that information comply with applicable law.

Where WhizWiser processes personal data on behalf of a business customer, the parties may enter into a separate Data Processing Addendum.

22. Security

WhizWiser uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

These measures may include:

HTTPS/TLS encryption;
Encryption of applicable stored information;
Access controls;
Authentication controls;
Infrastructure security measures;
Backups;
Monitoring and logging where implemented;
Rate limiting and abuse prevention where implemented; and
Other security controls appropriate to the nature of the service.

Because our security infrastructure continues to evolve, we do not represent that any particular security control or technology will be implemented at all times.

No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for reviewing the permissions granted to connected accounts and disconnecting integrations when they are no longer required.

WhizWiser may use advertising and marketing technologies to promote our own services.

Google Ads;
Meta advertising technologies;
LinkedIn advertising technologies;
Analytics and attribution systems; and
Other marketing platforms.

We do not sell customer personal information to advertisers.

Where legally required, we will provide appropriate consent and opt-out mechanisms for advertising technologies.

Marketing communications may be sent where permitted by applicable law, and users may unsubscribe from promotional communications.

27. Your Content and WhizWiser’s Use of It

You retain ownership of the content, information, materials, prompts, documents, and other materials you submit to WhizWiser (“User Content”), subject to applicable law.

WhizWiser does not acquire ownership of your User Content merely because you use our services.

However, in order to provide, maintain, secure, operate, and improve the services, you grant WhizWiser a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, modify, and otherwise use your User Content solely as necessary for those purposes and as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to WhizWiser.

28. AI-Generated Content

Where WhizWiser generates content, recommendations, analyses, reports, or other outputs using AI:

You are responsible for reviewing the output;
AI output may contain errors;
AI output may not be unique;
AI output may not be eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction;
AI output may contain information similar to material generated for other users;
AI output may contain inaccurate or outdated information;
AI output may potentially contain material subject to third-party rights; and
You are responsible for determining whether generated content is suitable for your intended use.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and our Terms of Service, users may commercially use BlogPilot-generated content.

WhizWiser does not guarantee that generated content is unique, accurate, copyrightable, legally compliant, or free from third-party rights.

29. Business Customers and Agencies

WhizWiser may be used by businesses, agencies, freelancers, consultants, and other professional users.

Where an agency or business uses WhizWiser to process information belonging to its customers, employees, clients, or other individuals, that organization remains responsible for ensuring that it has an appropriate legal basis and authority to provide that information to WhizWiser.

Where applicable, WhizWiser may process such information as a data processor/service provider on behalf of the customer under a separate Data Processing Addendum.

30. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect:

Changes to our products;
New features;
Changes in our data practices;
New service providers;
Changes in applicable law;
Changes in our business; or
Improvements to our privacy practices.

When we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
